Senior Customer Support Representative - escalations (Houston, TX)

Bluepeak Loom Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Houston. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on escalations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including underwriting files, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
