Senior Customer Support Representative - escalations (Fort Worth, TX)

Bluepeak Wren Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Fort Worth presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our escalations. You would join a large organisation of about 795 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including volunteer programmes, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
