Senior Customer Support Representative - escalations (Boise, ID)

Stonegate Birch Arts Center is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including visitor services, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
