Senior Customer Support Representative - escalations (Baltimore, MD)

Clearpath Wren Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including collection routes, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
