Senior Customer Support Representative - escalations (Austin, TX)

Clearpath Ember Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including production lines, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
