Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ridge Property Management Group and adding a Senior Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be billing questions. You would join a large organisation of about 689 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including lease renewals, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
