Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Birch Arts Center Partners is a cultural organisation in Salt Lake City presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including event logistics, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
