Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Vale Press Group is a printer and publisher in Salt Lake City serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer orders, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
