Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Salt Lake City, UT)

Foxglove Wren Energy Group is an energy provider in Salt Lake City focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including meter readings, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
