Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Lakeside Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Rochester, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including visitor services, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
