Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Foxglove Wren Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Fort Worth with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including collection routes, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
