Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Rook Financial Group and adding a Senior Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including vendor spend, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
