Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Glen Foods is a Orlando food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including allergen controls, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
