Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Quarry Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Omaha, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including ridership counts, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
