Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Summit Granite Insurance and adding a Senior Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including premium billing, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
