Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (New Orleans, LA)

Clearpath West Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around New Orleans. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including fleet maintenance, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
