Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Willow Property Management Group is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including rent collection, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
