Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Granite Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including rent assistance, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
