Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Memphis, TN)

Summit Bright Auto Group is a Memphis company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer estimates, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
