Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Harbor Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Little Rock with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including school partnerships, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
