Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Las Vegas, NV)

Westbrook Iron Insurance Partners sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Las Vegas. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a large organisation of about 256 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including claims, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
