Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak Timber Housing Group is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including lease compliance, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
