Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Fort Worth, TX)

Harborlight Kestrel Markets serves neighbourhoods around Fort Worth with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including online orders, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
