Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Fort Worth, TX)

Stonegate Cedar Banking Services is a regional lender in Fort Worth with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including deposit accounts, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
