Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Ridge Property Management Group is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including rent collection, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
