Senior Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Austin, TX)

Northwind Cedar Banking Services is a regional lender in Austin with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a large organisation of about 812 people based in Austin. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including account openings, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
