Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Wren Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Virginia Beach, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on hardship programmes issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
