Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (Seattle, WA)

Redstone River Markets Group is a Seattle retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on pricing issues. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
