Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Oak Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Seattle area. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on field visits issues. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
