Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (Sacramento, CA)

Stonegate Basin Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Sacramento area. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. You would join a large organisation of about 494 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on network equipment issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
