Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (Rochester, NY)

Amberfield Lantern Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. You would join a large organisation of about 660 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on vendor spend issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
