Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

Fernwood Field Markets Group is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The job centres on renewals for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on online orders issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
