Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

Foxglove Rowan Banking Services is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The job centres on renewals for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on card disputes issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
