Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Vista Financial and adding a Senior Customer Success Manager whose main responsibility will be renewals. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on regulatory reports issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
