Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

Harborlight Vale Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Memphis, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on promotions issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
