Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

Amberfield Maple Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Charleston, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. You would join a large organisation of about 299 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on payment disputes issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
