Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Energy is an energy provider in Virginia Beach focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on service connections issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
