Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Basin Banking Services is a regional lender in Philadelphia with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. You would join a large organisation of about 431 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on fraud alerts issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
