Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Wilder Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on policy renewals issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
