Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (Memphis, TN)

Nova Linden Banking Services is a regional lender in Memphis with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on fraud alerts issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
