Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (Louisville, KY)

Summit Ivory Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on deposit accounts issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
