Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (Jackson, MS)

Harborlight Lakeside Banking Services is a regional lender in Jackson with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on loan files issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
