Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (Grand Rapids, MI)

Harborlight Juniper Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Grand Rapids with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on card disputes issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
