Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (Cleveland, OH)

Amberfield Sable Staffing is a Cleveland staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on client orders issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
