Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (Buffalo, NY)

Fernwood Granite Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Buffalo with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on shrink and waste issues. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
