Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (Boise, ID)

Stonegate Lakeside Telecom is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The job centres on renewals for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 776 people based in Boise. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on service installations issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
