Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (Boise, ID)

Fernwood Stone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Boise focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on field visits issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
