Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (Boise, ID)

Silverline North Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on supplier deliveries issues. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
