Senior Customer Success Manager - renewals (Birmingham, AL)

Amberfield Haven Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Birmingham region, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on onboarding issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
