Senior Customer Success Manager - onboarding (St. Louis, MO)

Lumen Junction Staffing places workers with employers around St. Louis, and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on retention issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
